Under the control of doctors, the patient (from childhood) can follow a given path and live a different life in his consciousness, and, having a goal, he himself fulfills his desire. And if all goes well, he will wake up, having lived in a dream a whole life that actually never happened, and enjoy a brief moment of bliss. Soon after this, he will breathe his last. From time to time you come across patients with very unusual lives. This is the case that happens to doctors Rosaleen and Watts when they try to fulfill the wish of a dying man, Johnny. As they carry out their work, they immerse themselves in his memories, and the amazing story of his life unfolds before their eyes. With each step back in time, new details of Johnny's life are revealed. Putting together pieces of the puzzle scattered throughout life's journey, they try to understand why the decrepit old man dreams of exactly what he asked for.
